I'm not trying to be rude, so don't take it that way, but you're a bit off on the data plans. $19.99 gets you unlimited on the phone only. $39.99 gets you unlimited on a PDA phone (Treo 650, Siemens SX66, Audiovox 5600). $44.99 gets you unlimited on a BlackBerry. $59.99 gets you unlimited on a laptop card WITH a voice plan $39.99 on the same account (can be with or without separate number). $79.99 gets you unlimited on a laptop without a voice plan. If you want to tether your phone, TECHNICALLY you're supposed to be either on the $59 or $79 plan. The salespeople (myself included) typically won't sell the device without the correct plan and most care reps won't change it either. However, a $19.99 plan works great on an EDGE card. But you have to have a BlackBerry plan for BlackBerry email and you have to have the correct unlimited plan to get your rebate!
Now that we've thrown 'em off the trail, use the form below to get in touch with the people at Engadget. Please fill in all of the required fields because they're required.
