My high-def withdrawal from yesterday is over, having watched the CMAs in SD last night. I have a slight headache and my eyes can't focus properly today: two tell-tale signs of HD addiction. Luckily there's a great movie to get me over these early symptoms.

TNT-HD is airing "Saving Kevin's Eyes Private Ryan" tonight at 8 p.m. in 1080i, so that's where I'll be. This 1998 film won the Best Director Oscar for Steven Spielberg (along with four other Oscars) and is one of the better recent war films I've seen. The action is as intense as the scenery and this makes for a great flick in high-def.
