7100i has built-in GPS, the rest of the series does not. Handheld v4.0 software for BBs enables serial over BT, I think... was a requirement to support their BT smartcard/CAC reader. Don't think they support DUN over BT though, or OBEX. may support some BT-GPS units though, I haven't tried.
