Dec. 16: What's on HDTV today

Golf Lesson

What we're watching
:

There's snow covering the ground where I am, but that doesn't mean the golf season is over! Besides, practice makes perfect (or in my case, keeps my handicap above a 30) so INHD is helping me out this evening. At 7 p.m., INHD has a 1080i broadcast of "Golf Lesson". This is episode number two, but what could they have taught in the first one? "Please address the ball." "OK, hello ball!"

INHD follows the lesson up with a feature on one of golf's most famous families: the Jones family. "Royal Links" is right after my high-def golf lesson and is also in 1080i, starting at 7:30 p.m. For folks in warmer climates, you're on your own tonight; my guess is that you're on the golf course anyway.

Obligatory poll reminder: Don't forget to vote in our weekly poll: we're asking you for feedback on these daily program posts!

After the jump is our traditional listing of HD programs throughout the night.
