we are instered inthe Palm 650 (referb) offered by Cingular (our service provider) as an update phone, apparently due to problems/complaints by early buyers. All I can find out is that the 'referb' is only a software update but the units had to sold as 'referb' since the update. We were wondering if anyone had heard about these 'referb' and if they worked or if they still had problems ?
