Michael Young USB Bracelet
As of this writing, you have exactly 51 hours, 6
minutes, and 23...22...21 seconds to pick up your own limited-edition Michael Young USB Bracelet from online retailer
and self-professed lifestyle navigator Charles & Marie. Featuring 256MB of storage and not much else, this bracelet
is the first in a series that will also include a Valentine's Day edition, along with one for Arbor Day and the Ides of
March. Since we are never too vain to accede to writers better than ourselves, we'll let the lifestyle navigators tell
you why USB bracelets totally 0wn other storage options: "Yeah we have a Shuffle that we could use to store data
on... But why would you want to do that, when you could wear your data on your sleeve...So no matter what punch you can
put on a stick, it will only be a stick and not this cool bracelet made out of soft rubberized plastic, that feels like
velvet..." Nice--soft velvety digital goodness on our wrists...add a headphone jack and we're sold.[Via Popgadget]

$60! 256MB... I'll keep my stick.
what if you have an excessively fat or thin wrist?
Also, weren't USB keydrives flagged as fashion "don't"s when people were wearing them on lanyards around their necks? This is a bad idea...
I like it... to always have my docs on my wrist. Also, being able to grab photos and files from friends, without ever carrying anything. One can be a nerd, without being obvious.
Nope, that would be pretty damn obvious.
Will this fit chubby American wrists? Or just lithe Asian arms?
If your wrists are too big for this bracelet than god bless America
When I see a wireless version I'll fess up the bucks.
i want a usb key in my head already... or my finger, that'd be cool too
Sounds useful, but I doubt it will be much of a hit. Flash drive keychains are even that popular. I doubt this could even come close.
anybody could walk down the street next to you and grab this thing right off your wrist...its not like a watch, it looks easily detachable... Better off with a stick in your pocket, not right out in the open
I live in a world where it isn't necessary to worry about strangers ripping rubber bracelets off my wrists. I hope all you do as well. (This thing will look like a "Support the Troops" bracelet, etc.)
Someone once said, "You can never over-estimate the poor taste of the American Public"...case in point.
Sounds good to me. I'm very absentminded so I always lose my USB keys. If the key is on my wrist all the time, mayb e I won't lose it. I'd only pay a $10 premium for a bracelet, though.
Awesome lookiing bracelet. Are they, or could they be shock proof, water proof engravable. Is it possible to order quantities?
