Whether it was tramatizing or not isnt the real problem. Target is neglegent.
Someone returned the item which APPEARED to be in new condition - so then how did the photos get on there? IF she bought it AT a Target, then it wasnt bought at a discounr store.
So where does the fault lie? Target - since they probably dont pay those "inspectors" of returned electronics more than $8 an hour to goof off all afternoon, what did you expect. IF anything, a lesson to Target to pay closer attention to things like Flash memory cards. The card should ave been wipped.
