LG launches DV70 Viiv-based media PC

If you want a better idea of what a Viiv-based PC actually is (beyond, that is, marketing buzz from Intel), some answers are starting to trickle out from PC makers. And, at least according to LG, Viiv means a dual-core media PC with Intel's 945 chipset, 1GB RAM, a 300GB drive, dual-layer DVD burner and XP MCE. Other than the processor and chipset, it sounds a lot like every other high-end media PC we've seen over the past year, but we'll give Intel the benefit of the doubt on this, and wait for some benchmarks to see if that magic combination really makes for a more robust media experience.
