Cingular SLVR promo surfaces

Not that it comes as any surprise, but it looks like Cingular is gearing up to promote the Motorola SLVR L7. Engadget reader Wheelsee passed along the picture above, which he says was circulated to employees in a Cingular Wireless store today. Obviously, there's no way to confirm the authenticity of this, but we won't be totally shocked if the SLVR begins showing up in Cingular stores within the next few weeks.

This is real, I was at the mall earlier today and asked when the phones will be available. In about 1 month is what i was told....i have Tmobile now, i might buy one of these full price and then unlock it.

If anyone has a myspace, you'll see the ads pop up occasionally on myspace, but I don't see the phone on the exact Cingular website. Weird?

I just saw a banner ad on Myspace for iTunes+Cingular featuring the SLVR. When you click on the link it brings up: www.cingularsleek.com.

picked up an L7 yesterday, the 100 song limit is firm. it is not based on memory it is based on hey you only get 100 songs. It is still pretty sweet though. You can minimize iTunes this time (I'm not sure if you could with the ROKR)

Well the SLVR will have a 512MB removeable memory card, so the only limit is to the amount of memory you can afford...
