Is Microsoft prepping a chocolate Xbox 360 controller for sugar loving gamers?
Our pals
over at Joystiq have been complaining since forever
that Xbox 360s aren't made out of chocolate, and really, they've got a point -- what was Microsoft thinking? Well it
looks like those Microsoftees are coming around, since spy photos of this chocolate controller have started to surface
around the internets, sending confection loving 360 fanboys everywhere into a frenzy. We're still holding out for the
white chocolate version, but there's plenty to love here for early adopters and dark chocolate aficionados.

I hope this controller actually works...that way i can use it to play and if i get hungry i can just take a bite out of the dpad cause who the hell uses that anyways!
It would appear that a very important detail has been missed. All the arm chair commandos are going to need low-calorie if they are going to maintain their svelte figures! No matter how much excericise I get (:-) playing with my XBox360 - I am still gaining weight? I must have gotten ahold of the fattening model!

sweet hell. Now if only they made a chocolate wavebird aswell.
I knew there was a reason why they should have kept the controllers nice and large.
cool now i know wat to get my gf for valentines day!
I saw this almost a week ago on Joystiq, and it is really interesting that the Xbox guys would make a one-off chocolate controller for them, based on some crazy offhand remark. I think they should put that into production for order from the Xbox.com website. I would buy that for my wife for Valentine's day fo sho.
I would hope you have a really cool wife.
Or you may be looking for a divorce lawyer pretty soon :-P
lmfao, thats pretty damn funny!

Are those M&M's as the A,B,C,D buttons?
Yea, now all you need is some graham crackers and some marshmallows, and you can make some smores, just place them on top of the power adapter, they should be ready in a 2-3 minutes
With the size of an Xbox pad, there's gonna be a hell of a lot of chocolate in this.
Is this Microsoft's attempt at a tounge-and-cheek jab at Ray Nagin?
Yep, I remember the article slamming the 360 because it wasn't made of chocolate. It shall go down in history as perhaps the STUPIDEST article ever to grace Joystiq. Thanks for reminding us of that slow news day.
Doubt that comes from MS. Note the complete lack of a 360 logo on the contoller. A confectioners copy methinks.
YUCK... I wouldn't wanna play with that..
Wow, that would make the X-box more edible than most items from McDonalds.
hmm look like the pictures i posted on xbox scene aorund xmas time. almost looks cropped. if asked i will provide proof
Wow. If this did come from MSFT, I wonder how they explained it on the expense report...
"We're still holding out for the white chocolate version"
1) White chocolate isn't really chocolate.
2) White chocolate isn't really good.
