I saw that someone was interested in listening to BBC radio on their phone. I've been doing it for a while in the US (thanx for the unlimited data!) - the builtin realplayer can do it - you just need the ram file. Try creating a text file, call it music.ram or whatever, then put in "rtsp://rmv8.bbc.net.uk/1xtra/nextchapter_fri.ra" (without the quotes), send it to your phone & play it! (this is DJ flight on 1Xtra)
>>And i also picked up a file from a particular forum that someone made so it would work as a USB drive but i'm not sure whether it exists in commercial format.
Ok, you can't just throw this in a post and then not point us in the right direction...
I few of my favorite things:
1) Create a local web page on your phone to get to all those rtsp stream you want to listen to on your phone.
ie NPR 5 minute news briefs (or add them to the local Opera home page)
rtsp://real.npr.na-central.speedera.net:80/real.npr.na-central/news.db.rm
or your local NPR station
rtsp://128.208.34.90:554/broadcast/live.rm
2) Google local, maps, direction, sat images I'm suprised nobody has mentioned it yet http://www.google.com/glm/
3) Ping. http://www.aspicore.com/download/ACPING_S60.SIS
4) Smartmovie, for watching Divx
5) The nokia (give me a normal headphone jack adapater so i can oggplay in the car) http://europe.nokia.com/nokia/0,,70955,00.html
So where did you find the mass storage sis file?
Brad
