Minox DC5011, DC6011 compact digicams
PMA is just around the corner, which means we're starting to get hit with all sorts of announcements from
digicam makers looking to show off their latest, greatest (and, often, not-so-great) wares. Minox is rolling out two
fairly basic digicams, the 5-megapixel DC5011 and the 6-megapixel DC6011. Both cameras have all the now-standard
features: 2.5-inch LCD, 3x zoom and a movie mode. Pricing hasn't been announced, but we somehow don't expect these to
break the bank.

Minox does not make cameras, guys. Apparently Minox doesn't know yet that their camera will be 22.7 mm thick, not 17 mm thick.

Likely that will be embarassing for someone. I think they meant to buy the Premier DM-5370 rather than this one. oops.
It seems as if you can't go that thin in a telescoping 3x zoom at this ccd size without a sliding lens (Pentax and copies) or insane index (Casio ceramic).
