Possible Origami pic surfaces on the web
Here's a
little something to start your week, while you wait for that "Week 3" link to light up. This pic surfaced
over the weekend, and is purportedly a new shot of the Origami
device. For the record, we think it's fake, both because the EXIF header includes a little reference to Photoshop CS
(yes, we know that could've been used to optimize it for the web, but still...), and because it looks nothing like the
version of Origami that our
sources have told us is real. Regardless, somehow we suspect this isn't the last creative rendition of Origami
we're likely to see before Microsoft lifts the curtain on the genuine article.

Oh god, I hate Microsoft! Why would they design something so bad!? I sure wish they didn't design it.
Oh wait - someone else designs hardware for them? WELL I STILL HATE MICROSOFT - BECAUSE IT'S COOL TO HATE THEM.
"40. #2 lol that's exactly what I think.

"i bet if apple comes out with a tablet it will be a complete piece of crap"
Yeah James, we'll take you up on that bet. Keep hatin', sputtering your irrational nonsense, and buying your generic junk. We don't mind.
If this is geniune, it looks like a similar thing to the Nokia 770.

For future posterity, I think it's real! (There, that'll make me look prescient!)
And I'd just like to add, for those who dug this up, that my post on page 1 (number 45 I believe) appears to right on the money. I said this would be a new shell, or overlay, for XP. Wow. I'll leave again now.
umpc...great...

This will be great for the trucking/transportation industry. There are thousands of trucks out there that need something like this. This will be the death nail for the Qualcomms and Geologics of the world.
