FMN's coin-op hotspot
We think it's pretty clear by now where we stand on
freeness (as in beer) and WiFi, so you can imagine we're not incredibly stoked about the idea of FMN Communications'
coin-op hotspot that charges you for net access by the minute. But hey, if it were to come down to net access or
laundry, well, that's what Febreeze is for, right?[Via The Raw Feed]

Does it work like a jukebox? Somebody puts a quarter in and a bunch of people enjoy it until the time expires? That would make for a very interesting social study . . . who will put in the next quarter?

Just wondering Hows it work it give you a WEP key, or regester you on the site.
I heard that if you type the site in the LAN connections setting, you can get in with out a user name or password. I dont think this works so realy how would this thing realy work. Any one try this yet.

Actually it is not new. I heard another product that use SSID as key before. I really think it should use an access Password via web login for this type of product. Look through ebay you may find it.
