I emailed thanko about ordering a mouse from them and they sent me this reply:
At this time, we can only accept and ship orders to addresses located in Japan, since we can't offer enough support to the outside Japan. Also, about showing our website in English, we are considering as one of our plans, but it's just at the stage of planning and we cannot tell exactly when it'll be started so far.
