New TiVo bug cutting the good stuff, too?

This was happening to one of our TiVo's a few months back. Found nothing on TiVo's website but the Community Forums were a great help in getting it resolved. A reboot did the trick! I guess the huge UPS we have on ours prevents it from ever rebooting...
