Nokia's lining up gaming handset reqs for devs
It's been pretty clear that Nokia's not giving up on cellphone gaming even after the rousing failure of their N-Gage phone line -- but until now we didn't know entirely what direction they were going to take. They mentioned incorporating N-Gage software and gaming into forthcoming Nokia devices, but yesterday Phone Scoop got the, um, scoop on some more solid deets: they'll be launching a line of gaming-optimized S60 devices with baseline hardware specs to simplify development by July. A little behind schedule from what we heard last year, but we have a feeling that's because they want to get it right this time.
