ViaMichelin's Navigation X-950T GPS unit
Yeah, it's European GPS, which means it's of little or no use to us in the US, but for our, um, European weekend
readers we present ViaMichelin's Navigation X-950T, featuring your now-standard SiRFStar III GPS receiver, FM radio, SD
slot, and supportfor TMC (Traffic Message Channel) and sent via RDS (radio DATA system), so there ya go.[Via MobileWhack]

As one of your, um, European weekend readers I'd like to thank you for thinking of us :)
Thanks from one of your "um European Weekend readers"!!!!
Still think its got a long way to go to beat off competition from the TomTom 910
Nice thing! It's impossible to argue Simon's post!
I wonder what a price is and where it's available?
Thanks
thanks from ANOTHER "um European Weekend Reader"
somebody explain why it says "Spanish/European" if Spain is part of Europe.
"its got a long way to go to beat off competition" lol, that sounds wrong... but, pretty cool anyway... can it beat me off?
One more thank-you note for your good work-- this one from Barcelona!
As far as I know, for this device the RDS/TMC (traffic) receiver is in the unit itself not in the power plug. This is quite new because most of the navigation devices with traffic in Europe have the traffic receiver in the power plug, but not this one.
Adso.
Wow - this FM radio is sure going to come in handy with those pre 1990 models which dont come with a radio...
