Keepin' it real fake, part XXV: You gotta have TechFaith

The Motorola Q isn't even out yet, but that isn't stopping TechFaith Wireless, our new favorite renegade Chinese handset manufacturer, from showing off an eerily similar knock-off here at CTIA (or at least a mock-up of a knock-off). We weren't able to get any specs or a name, but we did learn that this fakester will differ from (or improve on, depending on your perspective) the original by running the Pocket PC version of Windows Mobile 5.0 rather than Smartphone. Not sure when this thing will ship, but if TechFaith hurries up they might even beat the Q to market.

Damn Glad to hear this for a change. Really, This i think is great. I hope this lets motorola and all the other Top tier makers realized if they dont come out with a new and cool gadgets right away instead of white paper launches. They will be beat by the chinese company, who by the way, can produce a bundle of new produces in a matter of moments and have them out rightaway before you can say supercalifragilisticexpialidocius!!!

I know those TechFaith guys personally, they are a bunch of ex-Motos. You can't expect they ship this thing, TechFaith is basically a design house, they sell the "design" to anyone want to manufacture it.
