i had this tv for 19 days and the picture went very strange and unwatchable. medion said they would replace it within 48 hours, they didnt, then they said it would be here the next day, it wasnt. this after a total of over 60 mins on the phone to them. this tv may be flawed and the customer service it absolutely rubbish
