first of all I'm sure that its not the final look of the portable xbox(just look at the joysticks and arrows which they are not as eye candy as the other Microsoft products). now a day NOKIA reach the 369MHz F for the mobile CPUs...so we can expect some more for future hand held console.and also with the new come,the Nvidea new CPU which it designed for hand held console.and it run video and pics in full HD,we can really ready for some thing new from Microsoft. in my idea there are 3 thing that for sure we will see them on the portable xbox which are 1. the style of the joysticks and arrows keys like xbox controller.(and also 2 joysticks) 2.the logo of the xbox in the middle of the console (as the home button or sth) 3.better graphic than PSP also and maybe it would be use some multitouch tech too.
