I agree with the fact that legal issues between companies are being drawn up at the drop of a hat! It's overburdening our judicial system with frivolity! Besides, Creative and Apple weren't even the first mp3 manufacturers. Archos has been in the game for a damn sight longer than either of them and their products are usually the most technologically advanced. Consumers should stop and give a second glance again since their products seem to have improved in reliability and their technical support will doggedly work with you to help with your problems more than Apple or Creative ever did without digging in to your billfold.
