with the danger of pushing the front of the reader to set it into its case, the inevitable damage to the screen happened. Sent to Sony for repair, they sent back a quote of $249.99 to repair the screen. They were absolutely intractable on the price and would not budge. They claimed it was not due to a manufacturing defect. I claim it was due to an engineering defect. I'm out the money and will not pay another $250 for repair. So Sorry Sony! Bye Bye
