Mitsubishi's new USB-sporting XD435U-G DLP Projector
It's about as plain as it gets in the looks department, but Mitsubishi's new XD435U-G projector has a couple of enhancements to make your life as a PowerPoint minion a bit easier. The DLP unit features quick startup and especially fast power-down, making getting in and out of your presentation a bit more convenient. There's also USB flash memory support for playing JPEG or MPEG files without the hassle of setting up a laptop. The projector sports 2500 ANSI lumens, goes for $2,495 and should be available in August.

is it just me..... or does this projector look ALOT like the Toshba TDP-S9..... i have a Toshiba TDP-S9 for my DVD's and i thought it was an updated version.

Without resolution specifications, this engadget post, and the page it links to, is a waste of time and space. No one can evaluate this seriously without that information.
I'm not talking about "WXUGQ4BQWAv2x3", either: I'm talking about plain english, [1024x768 in 4x3] or [1920x180 in 16:9] specs. Please, do the world a favor and cut through the marketing nonsense for once!
