$32? Yeeesh. That's pretty steep for a non-crosscut shredder that can only handle 2 sheets at a time. Staples/OfficeMax has real shredders on sale for less than $30, routinely.
Carl Trimble @ Jul 3rd 2006 9:28AM
wtf? its not even a crosscut? What about security?
MC @ Jul 3rd 2006 9:58AM
DT, you're missing the point completely. IT'S USB, man! It's not about functionality, price, or even convenience; it's about having a USB SHREDDER.
It's like buying books; you don't get them to read them, you get them to have them.

So where's my USB easy bake oven?
Para-Noid @ Jul 3rd 2006 1:18PM
USB eh?
Anyone wonder if they have a tiny scanner in there? Scanning the contents of the paper, right before shredding it, then sending the contents to some server somewhere. Hmm, makes you wonder. Makes me wonder, at least.

Paper shredders are useless. There are people who are masters of re-combining documents that are shredded.
MO @ Jul 4th 2006 12:51PM
i think a USB microwave...would be pretty pointless.
