Do not not do any of these items on this 'Do Not' list
There are just something's in the high-def/home theater world that a person should not do and this 'Do Not' list sums it up rather nicely. Read this list and heed what it says. Some of these items might be harder to do then what it sounds but trust us, your equipment and eyes/ears will thank you. A few of you might laugh at this list as you had been following these rules since AM radio was the norm, but there are some freshmen here too so, deal with it. Moreover, a refresher course never hurt anyone. Trust us, this list is well worth your time.
