Hmm, this + an xbox with XBMC would be an incredibly versatile device. Hell, if it's small enough you might even be able to fit in inside the xbox if you remove the DVD-ROM and maybe use a smaller xbox HDD.
The WL500gp (same hardware but without the internal harddrive) does Bittorrent as well.

heres my two cents. i just got one last week from newegg.com and i think its an excelent product. unfortunantly the photo album utility is lame and the documentation is thin. i havnt tried the bittorent features yet but its a great concept given the amount of ram and the proccessor on the device. hopefully OpenWrt will get ported to it so i can run Slimserver and a better photo shareing service.
I have the wl500gx, which does the exact same things with a custom firmware and a bit of patience. I use it as a router, upnp/dlna server and torrent box
Um... the Synology Diskstation series can already do this too, as well as being a media server, file server, print server, FTP/HTTP server etc.
It can't do the web cams stuff just yet though...

Can anyone tell me if I connect to this via an xbox 360 is there any way of browsing my media by artist / album / genre. Got loads of music I would like to stream but not easy to find a song with the standard xbox 360 external hard disk selection.
