Their support always came to my door to fix my problems, as well as a family member while she was at college.
People read to much into things, and try to find the dumbest things to sue big companies over.
Everyone should buy an HP, no wait Compaq, no wait, Mac. Alienware? E-machines?
Oh yes, Gateway because you know, they quit using cheap ass parts in their machines back when they were Gateway 2000.
