Fujitsu goes large with a pair of 55 and 63-inch plasmas
Alright, you know the drill. Plasmas these days go big or go home, and Fujitsu's new P55XTS55 and P65XHA51 have definitely chosen the former option. Both display's feature Fujitsu's new AVM II video processing tech, along with 1800:1 contrast ratios and 900 nits of brightness. The 1366 x 768 resolution isn't anything fancy, though it should get the job done, but there's only one HDMI port among the usual bevy of connectivity options, so you might want to think twice before you spring £5,495 ($10,389 US) for the 55-incher or a whole £8,995 ($17,007 US) for the 63-inch version. If you think you can manage the price and the HDMI shortage, both displays are available now.

"Both display's feature..."
Apostrophe abuser!!!
Nothing new here. Fujitsu has always use a 55" PDP module from FHP and a 63" from Samsung SDI that size replaced the 61" from NEC in 2003. The prices instead of going down they go up. Ridiculous!
Either this is a typo of someone is confuse here. 63" is not news, what might be is the mention of the 65" which is a Matsushita PDP size. But this size is full HD 1,920 X 1,080p not 1,366 X 768p.
One day every living citizen here on this earth will have a plasma television in their homes at a lower cost or maybe free. Its just a matter of time. Hint: A camera is being installed in each of them as to know what we are up to.
