What we're watching: Football is back on Fox, with Daunte Culpepper and the Miami Dolphins returning to Carolina, where he suffered a massive knee injury last year. We're sure he'd prefer a home game against the Panthers, and not just because of the huge HDTV at Dolphin Stadium. My Name is Earl plus The Office reruns fill in on NBC while Starz-HD is showing an interesting pairing of The Fog and Sky High.
