I just took a small saw and cut my Mem Stick reader down so that the Pro Duo card would stick out about 1/4 inch. You can still use the full size mem sticks on it also. That was easier than having to tape/untape a paperclip every time. But I guess if it's an internal card reader, you'd have to make some kind of adapter like this.
