Ministry of Sound has dropped a new player to celebrate the brand turning fifteen, and it turns out you'll have to plunk down £179.99 to show your love to the prolific party host. In return, you'll get the MP055C6, which features 6GB of "internal memory" (flash? hard drive? who knows.), a color screen and a docking station that matches the player's shiny "piano black" casing. Voice / insanely loud club music recording comes standard, along with ten tracks from the MoS's collection. Another notable (but not new) player that we spotted on MoS's site is the MP3 player-in-a-clip MP097 Clipstix. Coming in both 256MB and 512MB, pink and black varieties, this little player looks like a rebadge of
Evergreen's player from late last year. As the Ministry would say -- if it were a real Ministry -- this concludes our MoS broadcast for the day.

i like the color of it but it looks a little bulky and the scrren quality doesnt look to great unless its a simulated image
I would guess the 6GB MOSMP055C6 has a hard drive, not flash memory. A flash memory device wouldn't need a "Anti-shock buffer."
At least, that's my guess.
Correction: £179.99 not £119.99
I love Ministry of Sound...although I don't know that my committment level goes to purchasing an audio player just because its branded MoS.
But keep those albums coming. :0)
Ugh.... that toggle control is the WORST.
Make a Move by Lostprophets featured on the now playing screen? Or does it say someone else?
...Anyways, that thing looks a bit bulky for it to have a flash based memory. Has to be a hard drive.
MoS has gone from okay to really shallow in music, cheesy crap that gets re-hashed every 3 months or so with another "MoS Clubbers guide to... (fill in the latest trends + and time stamp)"
I wish they'd go away, stop polluting our binaurals with their music and DAPs.
Tallfella - they don't need to go away - because you have the power to choose to not listen to their music. I for instance have chosen to not listen to anything from MoS since, oooh, since probably 15 years ago! I'll probably manage to avoid polluting my ears with their DAP as well.
All come with in-ear phones as standard.
