Their are many cheap breathalyzers being sold to consumers today. They all must be cleared by the FDA. I don't believe this one is. Further the technology used in the cheap ones is semiconductor technology which is far less reliable than that used by law Enforcement. You definately get what you pay for in a breathalyzer. Look for "fuel cell" technology, FDA cleared and experienced manufactuers.
