If you think that it is too expensive you must not understand what it does I attended both training sessions basic & advanced @ CEDIA and the TSU_9600 offers Crestron or AMX like control @ a resonable price I have already prepurchased through AVAD ....Good luck with that Harmony when I will be offer true whole house control to my customers including 2 way feed back and basically unlimited range do to the RF 2.4 Ghz 802.11g communication with two different extenders 1 that offers addressable IR ports and 1 that has RS-232, power,video,audio sensing, relay control and adressable IR with a controlpanel that has a full VGA screen with 640x 480 resolution that I can completly customize for my customers seems worth the price also those prices that are listed are Retail prices I think it was the hottest new product offered @ CEDIA this year CONGRATULATIONS PHILIPS ....
