It happend to me last year while playing Madden 06 and I sent it to microsoft they paid for everything the customer service was great I sent it on wednesday and had a brand new on with a apoligy letter on monday.
Where did you send your xbox? I can't get a human being on customer support line - I've stayed on hold for hours, all told. By email, they tell me to call the support line. I would appreciate an address.
