We thought the Motorola DVR provided by Charter Communications was bad, so we switched to a MOXI DVR. The MOXI is such a bad performer, and is not at all user friendly. Finding a channel is horrible. Want to see what's on next? Forgetaboutit. As the parent of three kids, nothing has done more to keep the TV off than this box. I'm trying to convince my spouse to get AT&T U-verse.
Why is this so bad you say? My spouse works for Charter. We get internet, TV and most of our phone service for free!! I would gladly PAY for another providers' service just to get this POS outta my house.
