I got a pair of these for free for test driving a Maserati (Seriously). They SUCK compared to the price. I have a pair Grado SR-225 ($200) that are so much better for about the same price. I did heavy research before getting a good pair of headphones and all the people on the audiophile message boards said Grado or Sens are the way to go. I really love my Grado's powered by a Total Bithead headphone amp! The sound is OUTRAGEOUS!!! BOSE puts all their money into marketing not engineering.
