Cowon bumps its iAudio lineup to 4GB
Sure, the big boys like SanDisk and Apple are already onto 8GB capacities in their flash players, but that doesn't mean we can't celebrate the small victory of Cowon finally making it over the 2GB hump and busting out 4GB updates for its iAudio F2, iAudio U3 and iAudio T2 players. Not bad at all for the size of some of these things. All three refreshes should be headed our way this November, no word on price just yet.[Thanks, Old Surinam]

SanDisk = big boy??
Since when?
since they have the title of the second best selling mp3 player?
I love Cowon's Stuff. Most sounds fantastic and has FLAC and OGG support.
I love Cowon's stuff as well. Excellent sound quality and most have great feature sets. Too bad a lot of them are on the pricey side.
I've said it once, said it a million times:
Wouldn't a SD card slot be more exciting and allow the user to put in whatever they like? Much like digital cameras? Why the need to even 'upgrade' to 4GB, then?
Cowon is doing lots right (no requirement for software to get music ON and OFF the device, good sound, high mW outputs, glorious FLAC and Ogg Vorbis suppport)... but there's room for basic improvement here.
(insert moan about embedded batteries, too)
Cowon have great sound quality.
I'm with Techdroid.
32GB CF-cards now possible.
High capacity, low power demand.
And yes, make some devices that work with the AA standard.
