amazing -- i just had my parents install the mac beta slingplayer on their macbook pro in about 3 simple steps. i simply gave them my slingbox ID number and slingbox password and they were able to connect and control my DVR if they ever miss a show from the comfort of their own home in another state. If I need access, I can simply disconnect them... The great news is if they want to watch the slingbox on their tv, all they need to do is plug their mac into their big screen tv using the Apple DVI to Video Adapter + audio adapter and then mirror the screen for them to be all set! too bad only 1 person at a time can use the slingbox, unless you have more than one slingbox of course, but its still a nice option to let someone watch something off your DVR last miniute if they ever missed something. I think every mac user should own this product or at least those who love tv!
