LG's Black Jewelry LCD line-up: 17 or 19-inches of non-neckwear

Here's LG gettin' all up in the face of Samsung again with its own line-up of 19-inch LCDs for the fashionably elite. The LX96D "Black ~~Chocolate~~ Jewelry" display trounces Sammy's offering by delivering a 1280x1024 resolution panel with a 2000:1 contrast ratio, 300cd/m2 brightness, and lickity-quick 2-millisecond response for the same price as the Samsung. Also available in a 17-inch LX76D model with the same specs. Nothing like a bit of K-town rivalry to keep the game interesting, eh? Available now in Europe and parts of Asia with the LX96D demanding approximately 350,000 Won (about $371) or 250,000 Won (about $265) for the LX76D.
