The percentage of electronics at the end of their lives which were recycled.
The EPA found that the percentage remained consistent from 1999-2005. Even as recycling rates went up, the amount of electronics reaching end of life outpaced the increase, leaving the figure static. (source: EPA, July 2008)

I'm gonna pass it up and stay with my Treo 650. When Palm comes out with another one with a higher resolution camera and has more of the features like the European Vodaphone; then i'll upgrade.
Give me a Linux/ALPS/Access Treo of give me.... well.. I'll keep my 650!
If it dies on me before then, I will probably update, but not before then.
I talked with cingular yesterday and their product manager cited a 11/21 release date for the 680.
any word on the colored versions direct from Palm? you'd think Palm would take a page out of Apple's book and have something available within 10 years of making an announcement. not only can they not keep a lid on new products--they leak the stuff all over the media--the time between announcement and delivery is so long that I bet a lot of people move on. Like me...it's taken so long that I bought a Motorola Q. F Palm.
