Bleh. I'm as excited as the next guy about this thing, and I'm totally gonna buy one, but that design looks pretty bad up close. Looks like a chunky mess from the 80s... Still though, I won't dwell on it. The gameplay is what matters and I think the Wii will deliver on that.
Little disappointed in their decision to stick with 480p video output, though. I'm hoping that can be improved with a software update and a better AV cable, but I won't hold my breath...
The X-Fi3 keeps with the company's commitment to audio fidelity, thanks to the apt-X codec, which supposedly offers audio quality similar to a wired connection when streaming. On that front, the device also handles FLAC files.
