1. Plugging in the Zune to your PC says that the first thing needed is a firmware update. I noticed that without the firmware update, WiFi---if you can even call it that on a Zune---doesn't work.

2. The one I purchased at a Fred Meyer store lists the device as "IPOD HARDWARE" on the receipt. Classic!!!!
