I bought an 120g Zune about a year ago and still regret it to this day. It freezes regularly and I can't even register it or get my own user account because it's "not supported in my area." The software rejects almost a third of my songs unless the artist and song info is absolutely perfect, and I have to convert all my video files over to a specific format.
And it gets better, the stupid thing can't play the digital copies that you get in DVDs now, even though it claims to support wmv. I tried, tried, tried to get my digital official copy of Coraline to work and it didn't.
