I have received a mail from London Scottish Bank Plc send by John Freel , Director, Foreign Fund Release Department, and he ask me 950USD as the cost of clearence certificate of fund release. Now what shall I do sir? I have no ability to send such money , moreover , either I sahll get the fund comes up to 500,000 USD or not I dont know.In this context I want the help of London Metropolitan Police. and if the Police authority send me a letter through the Embassador of UK in Bangladesh office then I sahll try to send the fees for fund release. I am waitting for the kind advice from the police .
