iubi's Blue gets DMB and a new HDD for the holidays

It's not like we were complaining the first time around, but iubi has just busted at a minor refresh of its Blue PMP over in Korea, and there's even more to love. The main enhancements are the fancy new DMB receiver, a 60GB HDD (up from 30GB) and a price drop to roughly $433. The player face did lose its fancy little Bluetooth logo, so that connectivity might be gone, but the other fancy stuff like a 480 x 272 4.3-inch display, and ridiculously comprehensive codec support really makes up for it. Apparently the player is available now in Korea, and while the DMB function means we don't have much of a shot at seeing this one over here, that's not going to stop us from drooling from afar.

I'm just trying to get to grips with my IUBI S30, its got the blue tooth which I love, but havin no instructions sucks, I've had it tell me quite a few files are unsupported, and no nothing about reencoding as I only got my first laptop about four months ago, plus I can't seem to be able to connect with the bluetooth on my laptop or my phone, any help?

The Iubi blue rocks. I love mine and use it on an almost daily basis! Great build quality, screen & codec support. Since I live in the US, I don't have a need for DMB, but I would love to have 60gb of storage. It will be a real shame if it lost bluetooth!!! Using the Iubi blue wouldn't be the same w/o my WiRevo HSH200 Stereo Bluetooth headset!!!!

Maybe they got rid of the bluetooth because it was so terrible. I couldn't carry the player in my pocket without the bluetooth cutting out.

I sold mine recently and bought the Archos 604 WiFi. I like it much better.

I actually have the last version of the iUbi Blue and I love it. Prefer it to the Creative Zen W and it's on par with the Archos 604. The video output to my TV is a bit choppy but hell, does it support every freaking living codec out there - insane. Almost never have to do any reencoding.

Sorry I cant. The Korean site says that they are adding english soon but..... So If anyone can scan a copy of the english manual and forward it I wouold be really grateful
