I just bought one. And I'm wearing all the time. It is very light, has a seamless look, you only see the LEDs if you press a button (not like the Fossil). But it seems to get scratched easily(tolerable). Works great with the nike+. I press the left button for the spoken feedback, the middle to pause the work out and etc. One problem is that under the bright daylight you cannot see the LED time display and would be nice if in the future they fix this or make a spoken time function. And also I cannot put the nano to sleep holding the pause button. But I think that is nothing bad compare to the overall features. Good for running, good if you don't want to take the nano out of your pocket every time you need to pause and is good at home as a remote control.
HP has had plenty of time to fine-tune its finger-friendly TouchSmart software, and now, its newest model, the TouchSmart 610, ushers in a fresh design, highlighted by a hinge that allows the display to slide down and lie nearly flat.
