Wow, today's the last day to vote for us in the Weblog Awards -- which means this will also be the last time you hear us ask for your vote until late 2007. So we've been nom'd for best tech blog (thanks!) -- a title we've held for two years in a row now (double thanks!) -- and you've got until 11:59 PM EST tonight to vote it up on our behalf. I voted for you guys a few times. Your articles are generally excellent, in my opinion. One thing that could be done to improve Engadget is to proofread your posts a few times to verify there are no misspellings or grammar mistakes. Plus, keep the Sony hate to a minimum. Keep on bloggin'!

I am also with MattUK and Kaztm your not the same ol engadget you used to be and thats a shame... i remember one of my comments was removed once because i said i saw something on Gizmodo first. I Did vote but after all the begging that you guys are doing don't expect everyone to want to vote for you. i know i didn't and i'm sorry to say if things don't change with engadget soon i wont be coming back. I used to come here because gadgets came first and thats all that mattered, But now it's all about sponsors.

Wow. So engadget's now supposed to be anally retentive about their spelling and unable to poke fun at anyone? I for one, am glad that engadget gives a fair amount of grief to everyone (not just Sony) when it's deserved and gets me my news fairly pronot. I personally couldn't give a damn if there's an odd typo or the syntax isn't quite perfect. It's a frikkin' technology weblog not a "how to" grammar page. If I want perfect, I'll go and read the 2-week out-of-date tech stories on the BBC. If y'all hate it so much, bugger off and get your news elsewhere. Keep up the good work, the good homour and the good content fellas...and keep pissing off the anal folk.

I for one love gramayical errors and mispelled words. It shows you guys really are humans, and not the robots you post about. The same old Engadget? Times change Mikey.
