The Nielsen Company presented a cadre of individuals with a list of nice, shiny gadgets and let them cross off anything and everything they'd like to buy in the next six months, and 31 percent of kids 6-12 picked the iPad as one of them.

Here in Hong Kong, the story is kinda like this:
There are enough Xbox360s in retail to EXPORT.
There are enough Wiis to go around, but only the Japanese version, which retails for roughly USD269.92.
There are hardly ANY US Wiis, but they CAN be found AND bought, if you are prepared to shell out the equivalent of USD462.72. Ouch! That's almost double the price!
PS3s can be found, perhaps not as many as the Japanese Wii, but they are definitely available for - guess what? slighty LESS than retail (well, US retail, at least)!
Anyway, maybe you should just find an excuse to visit Hong Kong because the hardware is definitely around, ready to be snapped up by hard-up gamers like yourself! ;)
