Does anyone have any experience with the quality of service/support OQO provides: wait time on the phone, attitude of tech support personnel, usefulness/accuracy of advice, email response time, ease of returning defective product returns, quality of etc. Ultimately, that's where it's at.

wow the price kinda surprised me, I was expecting something higher. Can the screen fold over to close on the keyboard? Or does it need its own special sleeve? Other than that it looks pretty sweet.
if only it wasn't running windows... :( would we ever need to buy laptops again?
Oh, baby... Finally, it's my Newton Replacement. If only it was running an OS that was half as good as NewtonOS 2.0 for a mobile OS.
I do wish I could replace my work PC with it, though :)

Matt, how dare you! ;) Go get your Newt some fresh batteries. Or rather wait till someone manages to have OS X run on this thing, or Paul gets Einstein to run on it. Now that would be something.
Really stunning, loving that extended scroll feature. Puts UMPCs to shame I must say!

This is the best UMPC i've seen, especially for the price. If I had the money to drop, this would be the first thing I'd get. Oh to be one of the lucky people that gets to review these things and get them for free.
Mind if I take all the specs this little marvel 's got and merge them with iPod's ease of use, OS X mobile, precise multitouch UI, 160ppi resolution independent softwares, etc. ?
Then I'd say we'd have a real cool unit ;)

Would have loved to have seen this video, but unfortunately the flash player you guys use is the worst ever.
Just wish it was available NOW in Oz, I just love it but have to agree with hbazerbashi, if it had GSM it would be perfect (doesn't matter, I am gunna have one!) I wonder if they can upgrade to the new 100GB HDD's? Congratulations OQO a fine piece of functional equipment!
我細細看過OQO Model e2的Start Guide覺得此機真叫人著迷。我決定要買一臺。非僅如此﹐我還設想以此機作為我的Primary Computer,用以代替desktop和laptop,因為我總覺得只用一臺電腦最輕鬆、愉快。OQO e2可能辦到﹐如果肯多花點錢﹐買足配件(Docking Station, External Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse等)﹐最好還能有EV-DO的供應商。在家中可連接廉價的寬頻﹐供下載。相信此機可用於Skype、Free Call,可隨時隨地撥遠程、國際電話﹐只付些許費用。OQO 02的大小只比hp 12c略寬、略厚﹐放在口袋裡﹐不覺得纍贅﹐也可掛在皮帶上。想想看﹐有了它﹐不 論何時何地﹐你都能有Windows XP/Vista﹐沒有別的能比得上吧。
這款OQO model 02應該是UMPC之王﹗
